The castle tower section is available to rent. The original building has been split into 3, completely separate large houses and this is the first section.

5 double bedrooms all with sea views. 3 double and 2 twin (can be pushed together) beds.

Loads of character and historic features it has recently been fully renovated with new kitchen and 2 bathrooms including steam room shower.

Accommodation includes:- All linen, towels, washing m/c, dishwaher, microwave, TV with freeview.

Local WIFI internet access is available for rent.

Teignmouth has several long beaches, an open air swimming pool, sports centre, many shops, restaurants and pubs.

The picturesque old town of Shaldon is only a short walk across the new bridge or by riverboat ferry.

Sailing and water sports facilities are available for hire in and around the esturary.

Teignmouth provides an excellent location with queue free access from the M5 and onto the A380, A30 and A38. Dartmoor, Exeter and Torquay etc. are within easy reach.

Featured on ITV's property spot, Devon Today and the national press it has had many famous guests.

Vivien Leigh was a regular visitor, she grew up nearby and even brought Laurence Olivier to visit.
